Marking an InActive user Active

Overview

Whether it be actively as an administrator going in marking users InActive or passively after 90 days of no activity. You may find a need to mark an employee/user active again.


Procedure

  1. Log into your back office.
  2. Go to Admin and search/click "view existing users"
  3. Uncheck "searching active entries only" to find inactive users
  4. Search your user, select them, and click "Edit Selected Employee(s)"
  5. Toggle the "Is active" switch and hit save in the top right
