Why do inactive products show in my inventory count?

Overview

    Seeing inactive products during an inventory count is by design. Don't worry, you will not be able to add an inactive product to an inventory count.


Procedure

    This gives you some insight and more control into what you are counting. If the product is inactive, you can either remove the product from the shelf or re-active it (or figure out why you still have stock of a product that was set to "inactive" for being discontinued or no longer sold).
