To ensure the Cloud Retailer is secure, we have updated our security certificate.  However many mobile devices like the Cloud Retailer Mobile handheld have not gotten security updates that would allow this new certificate to work.  So, you need to update it.

Instructions to update the Certificate

Step 1: Download the Certificate on the handheld.

• Open this article on the handheld and tap on this link.

• Follow any prompts needed to download the file.

Step 2: Install the Certificate

• This might happen automatically, then you should choose the VPN & app user certificate
  If not, go to Setttings - Install a certificate VPN & app user certificate and in Recent Files should be the file to choose.
