Overview

Cloud Retailer has a setting to allow a user to define what time the day begins.  This benefits any business that's open past midnight, as our default reports will default to midnight for the start time and 11:59 PM for the end time.

Procedure

The example below follows these steps to change the "Day beginning time shift" value to 5:00 AM.

1. Log into the back office
2. Navigate to Admin → Admin Catalog, which is located above the search field
3. Click on Global Entity Settings
4. Click on Reports in the Global Entity Settings side menu
5. Change the "Day beginning time shift" value
6. Click save

This change may take up to 60 minutes to take effect.
