Creating THC/CBD Sales tax

Overview

This article provides step by step process for creating THC/CBD sales tax and assigning it to an item. This article will separate the state sales tax and THC/CBD tax in sales receipts and sales report

Procedure

(1) log in to BO

(2) go to admin then sales tax, and create a new sales tax ex. THC_CBD

(3) Under this tax, create a new sales tax jurisdiction ex. THC_CBD

(4) once the new sales tax jurisdiction has been created "THC_CBD", add both sales tax jurisdiction into the sales tax created "THC/CBD" sales tax then save. Your Sales Tax Data should look similar to the image below.

(5) Assigned the created Sales tax "THC_CBD" , in the product catalog then save. Sync your POS then close/reopen CR POS.
