EP 1.0.3 - CD not able to process CC transaction

Overview

WBU stores with EP 1.0.X installed applications are not able to process CC transactions.

Processor: TSYS

+Root element error

+There was no endpoint listening at https://dev_liq.dev.cloudretailer.com/RiteAutoUpdate/AutoUpdateService.svc that could accept the message. 


Procedure

  1. Install EP 2.0.7
  2. Check if you can log in to EP Interface (If not, rename settings.xml then try again)
  3. Check if you can initialize CC terminals 
    1. if not, you might need to change the CC terminal's LAN type to DHCP -it requires PWD use the default password 7724629) 
      1. Refer steps To change LAN type (Static to DHCP) - PAX S300

    2. Ran IP Scanner to check the current Ip address assigned to the CC then update it in EP and initialize.
  4. Ask the client to do a test CC transactions

FN (Blue button+1)

Select Comm settings

Select Lan Parameters

Select Lan type  (Static | DHCP)

Press enter it goes to the IP:

Press enter it goes to netmask

Press enter it goes to gateway

Press enter it goes to DNS
