Overview
You can view gift card history from the Point of Sale or from the Back Office.
Procedure
From the Point of Sale
Press the gift card history button and enter or scan the gift card number. If the gift card is valid, the history window will appear. If your task pad does not have a gift card history button, you may need to create it.
From the Back Office
Click on Admin button and look or search for Gift cards, then click the Gift cards button.
A list of all your gift cards will appear. Use the search feature to narrow down your search results.
Once you have found the correct gift card, click the card number link. This will bring you to the gift card history.
